A company founded to exploit patents obtained by the brothers Laurent, Augustin, and Amédéé Seguin, previously collaborators with Gnome et Rhone, major manufacturers of airplane engines during WWI. Their patents concerned the 'Stroborama', an ultra-rapid cinematographic process developed in collaboration with Pal Libesart for the study of projectile movement and other very brief phenomena up to a millionth of a second in 1935!
The apparatus would be used in research laboratories in mechanics, aeronautical and automobile construction,by the makers of explosion motors especially during the 1930s, spinning and sewing machines, cinematography and and other poducts for whic a contrl of speed and frequency was required.(1).
