Described himself as 'Successor to Lucien Vidi, Inventor of the aneroid barometer' on a price-list of c. 1880. According to this the company constructed aneroid barometers, fixed and portable - the latter for mountain use, manometers, hydrometers and thermometers and large public barometers. A 25% discount was offered to members of the Alpine Club de France and of the French scientific Association.1 Probably suucceeded by Lion & Guichard (qv).
