After a period working with Albert Lepetit, Roger. Poulin succeeded to his business centred on the manufacture of. surveying and navigational instruments. A sextant no 10729 c. 1960 is known (1). Subsequently Poulin formed a partnership with Lefebvre from whose production a repeating circle is known (2).
