Biographie

Velter, who in partnership with Pillon, succeeded Deleuil fils in 1893 made precision balances and physics apparatus. He became the sole proprietor in 1899 following the death of Pillon (1). The company amalgamated with Pellin c. 1939 to become the SIIP which continued active into the 1960s.
