Biographie

An antiques dealer, son-in-law of the silversmith Emile Taburet with whom he formed a partnership in c. 1880. They exhibited together at the 1889 Exhibition, and produced at least one an elaborately decorated recording barograph. An ornate thermometer is also known (1). The partnership had ended by at least 1900, by which time Boin was inpartnership with the silversmith Henry as 'Boin & Henry orfèvres' (2).
