A maker of rules and measures who petitioned the Comité de Salut Public for help in the production of his measures since he has a considerable stock, and the tools needed to produce more but is unable to finance the activity. He wishes to refund any advance made from future sales and invites mmebers of the committee to view his grain and liquid measures, weights including the grave, and his rules.1
