Biographie
Globe-maker and globe publisher, successor to Bertaux. Among globes he distributed was the 'Navisphere' (a globe for marine instruction of A. Huë (qv) and A. Bretel (1). Among his stock in 1911 was the Flammarion/ Gaudibert Moon globe, the Flammarion/Antoniadi Mars globe, the Flammarion/Fenet celestial planisphere with volvelle, a revised edition of the Flammarion/Fouché celestial planisphere, the Flammarion Gaudibert lunar map, the 'Disques Moreaux', a set of card discs printed with projections of the terrestrial or the celestial sphere (3), relief details of the moon sculpted in plaster, and a range of astronomical instruments including telescopes and clockwork driven planetaria (4). He was active from at least 1887 to 1925 (5).
