- Probably a general retailer of luxury goods, Galenty supplied two telescopes to the Dauphin in February 1773 for 28 livre 10 sous. On 28 May 1780 he supplied him (now Louis XVI) with two clocks for 816 livres and on 11 July 1784 with a box and a gold flask for 936 livres.1
