Compteurs électrique Chasseral was a trade name registered by the watchmaking company Longines, firstly the 27 December 1926, secondly on 5 November 1924. An approbation for the meter was issued by the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington Middlesex, GB (1). In addition this branch of the company produced radio transformers radio parts and low power motors for domestic use (2).
